Managing Your Fern Baby Fern Account
Creating an Account
You can create an account at fernbabyfern.com by selecting Sign Up and entering your name, email, and a password. An account is required for subscriptions and recommended for online purchases so you can track orders and access your order history.
Updating Your Contact Information
To update your name, email, or phone number:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select Personal Information
- Make your changes and save
Updating Your Shipping Address
To update your default shipping address:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Addresses
- Edit your existing address or add a new one
- Set your preferred address as default
Address changes for subscriptions must be made before the 15th of the month to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Updating Payment Information
To update a saved payment method:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Payment Methods
- Add a new card or update your existing one
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay online. Cash is accepted in-store. Plant layaway is available for larger in-store purchases
Viewing Your Order History
All past orders are accessible under My Orders in your account dashboard. You can view order status, tracking information, and past receipts from this page.
Resetting Your Password
Select Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Loyalty Program
Note: A loyalty program is not mentioned anywhere in the source materials. If Fern Baby Fern has one, it needs to be defined before this section is written. Recommend either confirming it exists or omitting this section entirely.
Closing Your Account
To close your account, email hello@fernbabyfern.com with the subject line "Close My Account." Active subscriptions must be canceled before an account can be closed.
